If statement in Excel when two conditions must occur

Client had a need to automate a situation where two things had to occur in order for a calculation to occur.

The following was the handling of AND nested in the IF
  =IF(AND(G2>=10000,G3>=10000),(B2-A2)*D3,0)
  and here is one where the answer couldn’t be negative
  =IF(AND(G2<=10000,G3>=10000,(G3-B5)>0),(G3-B5)*D5,0)
